Andriyko O. F. The mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of social relations in the conditions of martial law
The article examines the problems of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of social relations in the conditions of martial law. Attention is paid to the current state of research in the theory of law and inèadministrative law of this phenomenon, and it is concluded that the emphasis on the instrumental aspect of the mechanism of administrative-legal regulation leaves its other components neglected. In particular, it is about the subject composition, relationships and interaction that ensure the effectiveness of the mechanism. In the conditions of martial law, the legal regime of martial law operates, which determines the features of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation, consisting in the mandatory presence of the subject and the imperative method of legal regulation.
