REQUIREMENTS
to the design of scientific articles that are published
in the scientific and practical law journal «Almanac of Law»
Scientific articles should comply with the resolution of the Presidium of the High Attestation Commission of Ukraine of January 15, 2003 No. 7-05/1 «On increasing the requirements for professional publications included in the lists of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine».
General requirements for the structure of scientific articles:

formulation of the problem in general and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks;
-
an analysis of the latest research and publications that started this issue and that the author relies on, highlighting the previously unresolved parts of the general problem that this article focuses on;
-
formulating the goals of the article (setting the task);
-
presentation of the basic material with full justification of the scientific results obtained;
-
conclusions from the study and prospects for further exploration in this direction.
The size of the article should not exceed 10 pages (font – Times New Roman; size – 14; space – 1,5).

at the top of the article – first and last name of the author (s) of the author (co-authors), academic degree, academic title, honorary title, position and place of work of the author;

Below is the Universal Decimal Code (UDC);
-
Below – title of the article with center-aligned and boldface;
-
references to the sources are carried out in square brackets, indicating the source number and specific pages (for example: [1, pp. 25-26]), and the names of the sources are given at the end of the article in the order mentioned in the text (section «Used sources»);
-
in the list of sources used should indicate: for periodicals – the name and initials of the author of the article, its title, title and year of publication, number, pages; for books – name and initials of the author, title of the book, city, publishing house and year of its publication, total number of pages of the publication;

after the list of sources used References (list of sources used in Latin letters) is submitted. For automatic transliteration of used sources, you can use free online resources:

https://translitonline.com (transliteration of Russian language sources);

after References are submitted: annotations in the language of the article (1000-1500 characters) and English (2500-3000 characters). Annotations should include the surname, first name, middle name of the author (co-authors), and the title of the article, followed by the text of the annotation itself;

Keywords (4-8 words) in Ukrainian and English are placed under the annotations respectively.
Requirements for the granting of materials:
-
a printed copy of the scientific article (signed at the end by the author), electronic version of the article;
-
information about the author (co-authors) indicating: surname, first name, middle name, scientific degree, academic title, honorary title, place of work and position, contact telephone number (mobile, working), e-mail and postal address with the index;
-
if the author does not have a scientific degree, an additional review of the candidate or doctor of sciences of the relevant specialty is submitted and an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the relevant department on the recommendation of the article to be printed. Materials (article and information about the author) can also be sent via email (
idp.teorija.confer@gmail.com). Filenames must include the author's surname (for example: Ivanov article – doc; Ivanov information – doc).
For the convenience of the authors, we recommend that you consider the already published articles in the scientific and practical legal journal «Almanac of Law» as a design example.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to review, edit, reduce and reject articles. The stated requirements for the articles must be strictly observed, otherwise the article is rejected.
